Arthritis (GCA) Study

A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of upadacitnib in subjects with giant cell arthritis (GCA)

Criteria:

  • Male or Female of atleast 50 years of age
  • History of ESR more than 50mm/hour or CRP more than 2.45 mg/dL
  • Symptoms of GCA or PMR
